    To fix cheating, there's really nothing you can do except have strong willpower. Tell yourself that you've come too far to cheat.

    In the real world, you can't keep yourself away from carbs. I have a 4y.o. son, and we have all kinds of carby foods for him. I go out with people who eat carby foods. The woman I had lunch with today ordered a slice of cake for dessert and offered me some. I didn't take it.

    On a side note, should a 15 y.o. be on Atkins?

      i disagree with not too late. i did atkins when i was 15, my doctor had put me on it, and limited me to 20g a day just like we do on here. i suppose all doctors have different opinons on what is healthy and what is not for a 15 year old, but thats what my doctor recomended was the best thing to lose weight,and i had GREAT success and was finally a skinny happy 15 year old, which i think every girl wants to be at that age....if you don't chose to follow atkins to the T at least just cut down your carb intake and exercise a little bit, and you'll be fine!!! good luck!! i know you can do it...i had the cheating problem also when i first began it when i was 15, but then i decided i really needed to lose the weight and its something i had to do for myself... and I'd be much happier in the long run. don't give up!!! we're all here for you!

        try and convince your brothers that with atkins + heavy exercise they will get ripped

        also alot of the time with junk food there is soy added into it soy is very bad show your brothers this link

        there is most likely added soy into the icecream and other junk food they eat and with soy and super high carbs they could grow man boobs along with geting super fat

        anyways i think if you can get your brothers onboard atkins then your mom will cook only atkin freindly food then

          Thanks for all of the health. I am doing this Atkins program, it works much better than the other 'kid friendly' Atkins.

          I have gone half the day with out cheating, so far. I'll try to be better

          As for my brothers, they are already WAY overweight. They have the man boobs AND stretchmarks. I have tried getting them to eat healthier, but they end up eating more unhealthy just so that they can disobey. They are also literally in their rooms playing video games ALL day. I treid to convince them to ski with me during winter, they said that it would be more fun to ski with the Wii fit (which we don't even own!!!) then when I try to get them to go swimming with me (I can go in the pool, but I am not allowed to actaully swim because of my ankle) the complain that they will get water in their ear (we bought ear plugs, but they didn't like the ear plugs) or they say that they don't like to be wet. My brothers are just plain lazy, so it will be IMPOSSIBLE to get them to leave their bedrooms, let alone eat healthy food. They are turning 15 years old next month and they still won't eat their fruits or vegetables! I don't think there is any hope for them whatsoever.
