    Hi

    Do you think i should do fit fast for a few days?. I know i only have 10 pounds to lose but i used to weigh about 110 pounds and over teh last 3 yrs the weight has crept on, so i haven't catually lost any weight?

      As well as eating some non-induction food in the last week, is it by any chance near 'that time of the month' for you? Either of those two circumstances can affect your weight adversely.
      Many of us experience a temporary weight 'gain' according to our monthly cycles, so if you are near or during that time you need to ignore any scales numbers.

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
