I had the usual horrid plateau for about 2 months, and as of mayish i caved into the horrible chili cheese fry binge. Fortunately thanks to the good habits i got from here, i kept up with water and some working out. I only gained 6 back. SO im back on induction and I WILL NOT CHEAT. : (

Good luck - stick to the plan as it's written and you'll make your goal in no time. Take your measurements and your weight first thing so if you hit a rough patch you'll know if you're still loosing inches.Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

The good news is that you never gained 6 pounds of fat. You simply gained water weight (Takes 4 part water to store 1 part carboHYDRATE). Your weight will go down in no time so forget the numbers and continue with the dietHeight - 5ft 6 1/2
