  • Whooshie Came a Calling!!!!

I have the hardest time losing weight! I have the HIGHEST weight loss resisitance thing or other!!!!! I stayed at weight 250+/- for 2 or more weeks! However, I was losing major inches. I kept right on my course and guess what?!!!! Ms. Whooshie came to visit me yesterday afternoon and stayed all night long. I weighed myself this morning and hit 246!!!!Whooo hoooooo!!! I was not drinking enough water so I increased it yesterday and this must have triggered Ms. Whooshie!!!!

Yay!!! I know how hard and frustrating it is when you don't lose weight and are trying so hard to keep on track. This has been my downfall many times. Just remember to hang in there (and measure).
            Start date: 2/22/04 347/222/135 ~ 5'2"
            STAC Restart: 1/05/09
            306/229/135 ~ 5'2" 77 lbs down!

            Goal #1: 247 - 2nd 10% (59lbs, 247, also 100 lbs total loss) - Met 1/4/10!!!
            Goal #2: 241 - Halfway to goal! (106 lbs lost) - Met 2/21/10!!!

            Goal #3: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight
            Goal #4: 210 - Still on track!
            Goal #5: 200/199 - 4th 10% - One-derland! End year goal!
Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you!
