  • Fell off the Wagon this weekend

It,was my husband and I's very 1st wedding anniversary, so we went away for the weekend.

I was good on Friday, but drank alcohol and had the most divine piece of homemade madagascan cheesecake last night in the hotel restaurant!

I've jumped straight back on the plan today and going to stick to the straight and narrow.

I know I've probably set myself back a wee bit, but I've lost the 1st stone of the 3 stone I want to loose and figure that as long as I stick to what I was doing before it wont be too much of a relapse!!

The cheesecake was worth the guilt! lol

Awww I'm sorry, I didn't mean to tempt you - out of all the things I chose to eat the cheesecake won hands down. I have well and truly gone off the usual bread and stodge items I used to eat since I found i had a wheat intolerance.

I am going to buy the Atkins book this week and start from scratch, I think thats the best way forward.

I don't miss pasta, bread, rice, alcohol ...any of it, at all, but SUGAR...I could eat a whole bag of it

Oh, me too Julie. Never have missed the bread
