In my last Health and Nutrition class, this question was asked of our Professor who is also a doctor. He said that colon cleansers should be used occasionally to help with all the additives and perservatives that are in our food now a days. He said that the added junk in food likes to hang around our lower intestines and stay for a while. I wouldn't use it as a weight loss remedy but occasionally to cleanse your system.
well actually i had my first one done in 2003 and yesterday was my second
what they do is they put a tube up your butt that is attached to a machine and it allows a small amount of water to flow into the colon which lasts about 30mins ...man the amount of waste that you see coming out it goes thru the machine i mean lots of stuff
i feel so much lighter after it
when i woke up this morning i weighed and i was 2 pounds lighter
amazing!!! at least i now now my tru weight
but i just do it for its cleansing purposes becuase toxic buildup can cuase
fatigue
headaches
bad breath
irritability
mental lethargy
abdominal discomfort
allergies
skin disorders
back ache
poor appetite
laxatives and just having regular diarreah does not loosen up the hard caked up watse that is on the walls of the colon.its a safe and effective way of removing waste from the large intestine without using drugs.
27/F/5"6" 1.5 L water per day Diane35 (for 4 yrs) supplement= chromium /B12/ACV/GREEN TEA Excersise 5 X weekly (WEIGHTS/ELLIPTICAL)
if that caked on stuff was true then cleanouts for colonoscopies would be using that stuff, but they don't. just laxatives and drinking lots of water allowes the doc to see the walls of your colon just fine.
The 2 pounds you lost was the undigested food part, mostly it is those fiber carbs we don't count with all the bile and fluids they have bound up and will return with in a few meals if it was do to your colonic. if you lost any fat weight that would stay off as your intestines fill back up.
