    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    My Mini Goal for today is to drink all of my 80oz of water & to get in 30mins of swimming for exercise as the rain is supppose to give us a break here in Northern Maryland!!! YEA

      - drink down 100oz of water
      - 30 minutes of full body exercise
      - enjoy my children
      - 2.5 mile run
      - try a new low/no carb recipe

        DH's birthday today - so my goal is just to make it a normal eating day for me and not use this an excuse for a treat. Especially as I am trying to clean up my eating after somewhat a sloppy summer.

        Lunges: 500/1000
        Strength: 490/1200
        Running: 50/100 km
