  • Fish and fish oil

Ok, since nobody seems to go into the vitamin forum anymore I'll try rthis question over here.

I bought some fish oil a couple of weeks ago and about the same time my husband went fishing and brought back a ton of salmon, trout and crab. We'll going to be eating good for a while Anyway, I plan on eating fish at least a couple times a week. Should I not be taking the fish oil anymore? Or should I just not take it on the days I'm eating fish? I just don't want to OD on oil. Would it hurt me if I did?
    Thanks

    Susan
