    Have you thought about a personal trainer. Great to keep you on the straight an narrow. You'll be so busy you forget to loath it.

      Thanks for the comments, everyone! I do have an iPod, and I've been listening to music on the treadmill. I might try to download some TV shows or something, too. I know gyms are depressing, but as I said before, air conditioning makes a big difference for me. I'm going to try my best to go every night. These past two nights haven't been bad (except I have blisters...).

        I hate exercising and I hate sweating and feeling absolutely drained. I started swimming. I can fit in at least 40 mins of swimming over my lunch hour. I LOVE it. I mean....who doesn't like swimming? Anyway, I started out just going and swimming around and such. Then I did some light laps. Then I signed up for a 3 day per week cardio class which was aWESOME. Now I take that when I can and then also go a swim/run/aquasize laps. Now I'm addicted. And I still don't feel like I'm 'exercising'. I haven't lost a lot of weight but the shape of my body is totally different than when I was trying to lose without exercising. And I've dropped 2, almost 3, sizes in clothes.
