    Beginning Yoga
    Zumba
and every once in awhile Richard Simmons (old video's) but good on days I don't feel like a hard sweaty workout.

Years ago, I would tear some Taebo up. I don't care what you say, it was excellent cardio.

Re: What are your favorite exercise DVDs?

I'm in the extreme beginner category because of an injury that shattered my leg & fractured my hip. I can't do floor work and need a lot of flexibility and balance work.

        Anyways, my favorites are:

        Walk Away the Pounds
        Qi Gong for Weight Loss
Tai Chi for Beginners (AM & PM workouts)
        Zumba
Dancing with the Stars Latin Cardio Dance
The Biggest Loser Boot Camp (beginner workout for me...I just LOVE Bob )

And once in a while I use some old favs: Disco Sweat by Richard Simmons and Body By Jake.

Re: What are your favorite exercise DVDs?

I rent them from the library and keep trying new ones. Many of those I have I have bought uses. People seem to want to get rid of their exercise videos.

            When I started I liked
            Yoga beginners for Dummies
            Walk away the Pounds
Walking for weightloss (Gaiam) I still do this one

            Right now I am into
Crunch - superslimdown (with Ellen Barrett example: YouTube - Crunch: Super Slimdown Pilates & Yoga Blend with Ellen Barrett)
10 minutes Solution: Blast Off Belly Fat
            Jillian: Trouble Zones
Jillian: 30 days shed (just got it)
Taebo (love it - but it is hard)

This reminded me...if you have Netflix, there are a lot of titles to rent or view instantly. Great way to check them out or just do something different.

I'm also a Tae Bo fan - but it is hard.

I also like Cindy Crawford - kinda lame I know but I find they bear up to repeated watching unlike others. I had to give away my Yogaltes ones because the woman's voice got unbearable!

lol I tried a pilates dvd once in the living room and I was literally just standing there sweating gallons. The amazing part was I was barely moving at all. The positions I was doing was extremely slow and calm but still made me sweat like crazy making it a workout.

I like these, they are easy enough that I could do them when I started at 285lbs, but I still get a good workout now at 230. One is Yoga and one is Pilates, so stretching and strength work. I would add some cardio to these, walking is great for starters.
