I had a hysterectomy several years back, so even though I'm only 46, I got to skip menopause and I'm supposed to take hormone replacements.
For several years I took a combination of estrogen/progesterone/testosterone bioidentical cream and it got to the point where I felt I didn't need it any more. (hot flashes were gone etc...)
So, I've been off of them for a year now. So I'm reading this book that tells me that weight loss would be easier if I was still on this hormone treatment.
Anyone on hormones?, and do you notice one way or the other weight loss differences by being on them or not being on them etc?...
