This is my first day into the induction phase and I feel pretty good. I felt bad for a couple of days, but I feel great now and my energy has increased quite a bit. I did not weigh myself when I first started and I need to get a baseline on where I am at. The last time I did this I was a slave to the scale (obsessed). I am trying to avoid that this time. Congratulations -- the bad coupld of days sounds like you have gotten through the induction flu symptoms and are well on your way to a great journey loosing the extra weight you want to loose.
Get on the scale and take your measurements as soon as possible, then put the scale away and only weight once a week (being on the scale too often can deter your progress because you are more interested in the number than the progress you've made). If you have your beginning measurements you'll know if you're still loosing when the scale slows down (it happens to everyone).
