hi everyone. I have been on induction for 5 days now and i have cheated by eating peanuts and soy milk.. probably like 2times each. When I weighed in today though I have lost 2 pounds. Should i start on induction all over again or just forgive myself and move on? my cravings for sweets are really bad but its a good thing i havent been tempted to eat those. thanks ahead
