Feta Cheese and Eggs????

Anyone got any suggestions on how to cook these two! Love Feta and know eggs will be a staple for my new WOL!!! BTW as of today 1st day of INDUCTION!!!! I will do this....this time it will happen for me!!!!!

I love feta cheese too! You can add them to your scrambled eggs or an omlet with other veggies.

Baby spinach, eggs and feta make a great scramble or frittata. Also a good combo in the crustless quiche recipes.

Scramble your eggs with colored pepper and green onion then top them with the feta cheese -- delicious!

Also, eggs need not be the "staple" there are many other things you can eat for breakfast....don't pigeon hole yourself into believing eggs are the only things you can eat.
