Dunkin Donuts flavored coffee

All those coffee threads made me wonder how many carbs are in the "sugar-free" flavor shots used to flavor coffee and iced coffee.

I emailed Dunkin Donuts and they replied that there are 4 carbs in each "shot." They didn't say what constitutes those carbs, but I wanted to pass this along as an FYI for those, like me, who used to assume "sugar-free" meant "carb-free."

Great - thanks. For those of us worried about carb-creep, I was surprised at the number of carbs in it since the taste isn't overwhelming and it's "sugar-free." We often don't think about how 4 carbs here, 3 carbs here, can really play a role in our daily intake. (Putting aside all of the caffeine/coffee debates.)

DD puts a TON of SF syrup in their flavored coffees. You can get some of your own SF Davinci syrup and put some in the coffee. 1 or 2 TBS should do it (that uses up 1 or 2 of your daily sweeteners).
