    Hi this is my first post and I was wondering if someone would look over my menu today adn see if I have the right idea of how to put things together.

    Brkfast
    2 eggs boiled made into egg salad
    2 tbsp mayo
    1/4 c cucumber slices
    1/4 c red pepper

    lunch
    1 romaine lettuce leaf sliced in two
    2oz deli turkey brst
    1oz cream cheese

    2 4 oz ground beef patties
    1 cup cooked cauliflower

    fitday says
    fat 68%
    protein 27%
    carbs 6%

    20.3 g carbs
    6.8 g dietary fiber

    Your food choices all look good and induction-legal
    However it does not look like much food to me. In case you get hungry between meals make sure you have some extra 'legal' snacks prepared so you can eat them as well.

      Make sure you get your whole 3 cups of veggies (2 salad and 1 other, or all 3 salad). Besides that it looks really good to me, but like Elizellen mentioned it is always a good idea to have some induction legal snacks on hand. Have a look here at Linda's. She has some great ideas.
