    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Good Morning my Mini Goal for today is to drink 100 oz of water & to Stay on plan with my eating!!

    I have become very fond of Tomatoes with Mayo & a sprinkle of Mrs Dash Garlic Herb Seasoning Blend which is not a totaly bad thing just NOT in LARGE amounts late at night!! LOL

      My goal is to get some serious exercise in. Yesterday I walked my dogs, hope to do more than that today.

      Missed you last week Cindi..my computer was down all week.

        Eat CLEAN the rest of the day. I already had a bit more cheese. But I can make the rest of the day PERFECT

        Running: 50/100 km


        2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned
