  • About Fitday...

I see that lots of folks use FitDay. I've been using SparkPeople as my food tracker. Would FitDay be better?
    Thanks,
    Julie
    Started 8/31/09: 235.8lbs.
    9/29/09: 227.0
    10/13/09: 224.0 (yes, it's slow, but it's still happening!)
    Goal: 140 lbs. AND...
I'd like a regular bath towel to fit all the way around me.
I'd like to be able to fit into clothes bought at a regular store, not a store for "large women".
I'd like to go on the annual rafting trip with my kids, confident that if I get tossed out of the raft into the river, I'll be able to hoist my backside back in with a minimum of embarasment!

    Re: About Fitday...

I've never used Sparkspeople, but some people on this board do. I don't see any reason why sparkspeople wouldn't be just as good - I suspect it is personal preference.

People on Sparks seems to enjoy it a lot. It is pretty much similar. I use fitday. But mostly because I started there and have all my costumed foods there.
