  • Non-Members must endure tempting ads

OK, so I realize that I didn't up my membership again this year and now I must accept ads for Gabriel's diet on forum threads. That's cool. But tonight I sign on and see an ad for Kellogg's Raisin Bran: "3 sweet and crunchy ways to make morning more awesome!" Who knew that ADBB would be so devious as to find ways to undermine my efforts by not paying dues. Reminds me of the school bully taking my lunch money to guarantee no beatings on the playground...

Yeah, I saw that raisin bran ad too. It's actually in this thread I guess I'm so use to seeing ads in every website I go to that I don't pay much attention anymore. But I didn't know that if you became a member you wouldn't see ads. Something good to know.

        1. Do some exercise before you leave for work. It's a good idea to take it off your schedule first thing in the morning. Yoga is great, for those who like doing it.
        2. Eat a healthy, "legal", nutritious breakfast. Never skip breakfast!
        3. Drive carefully and don't allow bad/rude drivers make you mad. Being angry can cause you to overeat or eat bad foods.

I don't remember ever seeing any ads before I became a supporting member. I don't use Internet Explorer though so that may be why.

I didn't see ads, either, probably because of my security software. I do use IE, as well as other browsers. I just don't see the ads and pop-ups others mention.
