I must not be looking in the right places. I am trying to find the rung progression levels and descriptions. Thanks!

Re: Can anyone explain the rungs to me?
There is sticky post in the On going Weightloss board about the carb ladder and they list the foods on each rung in it and all. I have to refer it looking beyond rung 4.

My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.
1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
2nd mini goal: 140!
3rd mini goal:135!
4th mini goal: 130!
I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

Re: Can anyone explain the rungs to me?
The Carbohydrate Ladder is explained in Chapter 14 of DANDR 2002. A "rung" is simply a step on the ladder, so when you move up on the Carbohydrate Ladder, you move up an OWL Rung.Originally posted by shannon07016 View PostI must not be looking in the right places. I carry this little card around with me to show to people who say Atkins is bad. It is a nice little visual to use when you read about OWL in DANDR or even on this OWL Ladder post.

Dear Mizski...Thanks for all the information you post...it's great; you always have right on the money, easy to understand answers and great resources. It makes it so nice for those of us that are easily confused...lol.Originally posted by mizski View PostI carry this little card around with me to show to people who say Atkins is bad.
