  • leg cramps help please

    im now day 7 induction and had some quite bad leg cramps last night,ive read through the forums and all people are saying lots of differant things on what to take could someone please help, im doing quite a lot of training(not why im getting the cramps )as ive been training this last year and after the cramps last night im now limping quite bad which i can really do without ,i also stretch quite a lot as i do karate and we do a lot of stretching

    I work out quite a bit myself and had wicked cramps in the beginning of Atkins. I started taking magnesium supplements and they went away within a day. I also find that I need to drink a lot of water.

    Good luck, they can be quite painful!

        I was getting leg cramps pretty bad for the first several weeks. They've pretty much tapered off, now, except the occasional calf cramp while sleeping.

        I tried every piece of advice, and nothing seemed to make a difference. The only relief I've found is Hyland's Leg Cramps pills. You can find them at walmart if you look hard enough.

          Potassium, Magnesium and WATER are usually the best cure for cramps.
