Hey! Just wanted to give an update to everyone ... I have lost a total of 20lbs in the last 7 weeks! I did induction for about 5 weeks (after 4 I realized I wasn't really losing anymore) so I slowly started adding in more veggies. I'm currently around 20-25 net carbs per day on RUNG 1. Some days it's hard for me to add in all the veggies... Just started a new job so today I only had time to eat breakfast and lunch. Minor obstacles I hope to fix once I get my new school routine and work schedule all straightened out!!! BUT I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow to stock up on my weekly food. I think I'll make a weekly menu plan so I can know exactly what to eat and when... this probably will be quite helpful! I figured once I hit 140 lbs I will start to add some different dairy, then nuts, then berries! CAN'T WAIT!
I do take measurements, but it seems to be different everytime considering I probably measure in a different place everytime... oh well. I feel good and the weight is dropping.

I would move up the rungs asap...it may be hard to find your CCLL if you are really close to goal. Perhaps you should make a list of the items you want to add from each rung to give you an idea of how many weeks you need to climb the ladder? Best wishes for the 2nd half!
