Ok so I just realized that the Caesar dressing I have been using has high fructose corn syrup in it. It has 2 carbs for every two TSP serving and is listed as having no grams of sugar.
Should I cut it out? This is the only "sugar" i consume daily except for 1 packet of splenda.
I have lost 3.5 lbs in 6 days of Phase I.

, no "ose"s...there's a ton of them. Also, while you are checking the ingredients, no grains or anything else that isn't on the acceptable food list.
