I cooked a bag of frozen vegetables I found lurking in the freezer. I usually only use fresh vegetables, but I'm at my mums house for a couple of weeks.
I read the ingrediants, as usually. All it contains is eggplant, onion, peppers, tomatoes and zucchini, using vegetable oil (already cooked in it I suppose) All allowed on our induction list - even 5 years down the line, I checked the wallet list just incase
The bag was marked at 700g, but in all honesty, even in it's frozen state it was probably 2 servings at the most. Yet the carb content was listed at 5g per 80g, both frozen and cooked.
That means that a normal serving as per our cup sizes would be well over 20g! Surely that can't be right.
Am I having a blonde moment?
