    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Hello to all ~ my Mini Goal for today is to drink all of my 100oz of Water & to STAY AWAY fro my BF's Ice Cream which I have gotten in to the last 2 evening's & it's showing on the scale !!

    I have gained 2.2 pound's over the last 2 day's between eating Full Carb Pasta & Ice Cream & it's NOT even Tom time !!

    Maybe some DUCT TAPE on my mouth today will work!! LOL

    Have a GREAT & SAFE Labor Day Whatever Your Plan's & Mini Goal's may be !!

      exercise! I made that goal yesterday when I was on day 3 of not exercising. Today it is a MUST.

        I hope you can find a way to deal with things without Duct take Cindy. Very painful stuff Duct tape.

        Wats I hope you are exercising. I ran 6 k today

        I am reducing coffee today.

        Push-ups: 450/800
        Abs: 850/1900
        Squats: 650/1200
        Lunges: 500/1000
        Strength: 490/1200
        Running: 50/100 km


        2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned
