  • Induction help needed

I had lost 11 lbs on the first 11 days of induction and continued eating the same way for the remainder of induction, but after day 11 my weight started creeping back. I don't know what is going on, I have been exercising and least 30 minutes a day with 1-2 rest days a week. I really didn't expect to be putting weight back on.

Can anyone help explain why this is happening?

I am following the plan to a T!

Assumign you are female, Christa, is it anyway near your 'time of the month'? Many of us find our scales weight goes up either just before, during or after it is over and goes back down later.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Are you making the meatballs yourself? If not, is there sugar or grains in the ingrdient list? Do your veggies add up to 3 cups/day?
Sour cream and olive are both in the "special category" foods list...these stall some people. If you do not find hidden sugars in your other foods, you may want to try cutting those out to see if it makes a difference.

            Re: Induction help needed

I do not make the meatballs, but I use My Fitness Pal and check labels for carbs, sugar, sweetners, fiber, etc. I track everything very closely and my sugar intake is very low with everything I am consuming.

Ah! It may be related to post cycle, I didn't think of that.

              Thanks

Also the shakes slow some folks down too, but i expect your cycle is more the cause.
