    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    My Mini Goal for today is to Drink all os my 100oz of Water & to Strickly Stick to my Eating Plan!!

    I was VERY MISS~BEHAVED over the Long Holiday Weekend & at this Stage~In~The~Game I should know much better than that & Gained 4 pounds!!

      My goal today is to not let STRESS dictate what I put in my mouth.

      GOAL ONE 228
      (take 2)
      GOAL TWO 213 (personal goal)
      GOAL THREE 199 ONE-DERLAND
      FINAL GOAL 165

      It's not about the results. Its about the process.

      "I've never come home after a workout and said, MAN, I wish I had NOT exercised today!"

        My goal for today is to make sure I do my workout DVD when I finally get home from work today!

        And for being proud of myself for getting another cheat free day under my belt

          My goal is to exercise! No idea when I will have time for that though.

          I also need to work on getting more carbs in. Life has been hectic, my refrig. is on the fritz, and so I am not eating all that well. I am staying on plan but not getting enough of the right carbs.

            I hope those four pounds come off quickly for you Cindi

            Mine will be to snack sensibly (again) Snacks seems to tend to mean treats when they should mean food. What is wrong with me???
            Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

            Push-ups: 450/800
            Abs: 850/1900
            Squats: 650/1200
            Lunges: 500/1000
            Strength: 490/1200
            Running: 50/100 km

              I've found some really good DVDs for when I'm stuck for time. They are called "Ten Minute Solutions" (you can get them on Amazon) the total DVD is 50 mins but you can do 10 mins in the morning and 10 mins at night etc Really good if your pressed for time. I did 10 mins of pilates this morning as i was late for work

              They have a whole selection of them from pilates, to abs workouts, yoga and dancing.

              Now I know its not a massive work out but sometimes doing something is better then nothing!

                I have a Wii and use the Wii fit, active, sports etc. That is easy to do in 10 min sections, but for some reason I just haven't done that. I guess it hasn't occurred to me to do it that way. Or I just want to do it all at once and be done with it. lol But I am going to give the 10 min sections a try!

                  I think its a good way of doing things, you'll probably end up doing more 10 minutes here and there during the week then trying to fit a whole one in at one go if you're stuck for time

                    I do the 10 minute abs solution quite often. I really like it. Very good work out.

                    I did OK with my goal yesterday. I had tea as snack. Not bad
