im now day 13 of induction and ive gone from 111.5kg and im now 105kg which is just amazing ,but just a couple of things im not sure if its the training im doing or if it is the lack of carbs but im very tired in the morning and usually im full of life as this is when i go to gym ,and also through the day i get a lot of muscle ache ,i havnt changed the training im doing so i wondered if it could be the low carb intake .id like to carry on doing induction for a little while longer just to get to bout 100kg ,im taking multi vitamins and also calcium ,magnesium and potasium for leg cramps
