  • Making Yogurt and Carb Countdown

Quick question. I'm going to make some yogurt and was wondering if I need to go buy fresh carb countdown milk. Mine is going to expire in a couple of days...does this mean my yogurt would expire then too? Or does the yogurt-making process extend the expiration somehow?

I actually found a yogurt-making machine. I guess it keeps it at the right temperature for the process to work, rather than having to find a warm place to keep it. I'm not sure because I actually haven't opened the box yet! It was only 15 bucks, so thought it was worth a shot. Thanks for any help.

depending on where you live that sticker on your milk actually legally has to have a + so many days before the milk is bad, I know in GA it is +7 days cause Mrs Busby the goves wife back then did milk commercials explainging it to the consumer.
