    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Hello Everyone ~ My Mini Goal for today is to Drink all os my 100oz of Water & to STRICKLY STICK to my Eating Plan !!

    I was VERY MISS~BEHAVED over the Long Holiday Weekend & Iam STILL MESSING~UP Yesterday !!

    At this Stage~In~The~Game I should know MUCH better than that & I've GAINED 5 VERY UNWANTED POUNDS !!

    I Think It Mat Be Time To Either Put Duct Tape On My Mouth Or Have My Jaw's Wired Shut If I Even Think Of Messing~Up Today !! LOL

    Have a GREAT Day Whatever Your Plan's & Mini Goal's

    PS: I feel like I have just lost my mind & went just plumb crazy !!

    My BF is NO SUPPORT AT ALL as he went out & bought Chinese yesterday & another Gallon of my Fav Full Sugar Ice Cream Vanilla Fudge Swirl which is what started this mess !!

    I ate the whole last tub from Thursday Night to Tuesday Night !!

    It's like he get's off on watching me "fall of the wagon" & is saying here lil girl have some more & them sit's back to laugh at my Failure !!

      Cindi - have a good day. You need to try extra hard !!!! We can destroy months of work very very quickly with a bit of sliding.

      For myself - I think I will try some new recipes today. I need to find out how to make the most of my veggies. I tend to be so simple but I know that sometimes mixing things up and trying recipes takes me to a new plain. I can eat my veggies and enjoy myself that way.

        What a cool thread! Thanks for starting it.
        My mini goal for the day is to drink more water and work out on my gazelle.
        Off I go......

          I certainly am a perfect example of that Liv. It's best to nip the cheats in the bud ASAP. The longer you wait, the harder it get to get back on track.

              I also managed to work on my mini goal. I made a avacado-red pepper puree to go with the liver pate that I also made. So I have some great and healthy snacks in my fridge.

                Your healthy snacks sound yummy. You and I know only to well that planning ahead is so key to this lifestyle. Tomorrow i'm boiling up a dozen of eggs and cleaning and slicing veggies. Making tuna salad as well. Getting back into my Atkins routine. Feels good.
