  • Down 30 Lbs since JuNE AND FEEL GREAT

    Hey everyone. So I have been on this diet since June 6th. I had a horrible breakup and decided I needed to get in shape and lose weight to get back on the market. I started out around 225 and now I am 190. My goal is to get to 180.
    Everyone is startled by how much wieght I have lost and want to know what I am doing. I tell them and theyare amazed that This WOE can lead to this. They think that picking these foods is hard and I tell them it is not that hard, you just need to watch what you put in you gullet.
    I also decided to start the p90x routine. I have been on it for like 4 days so far. I will say that this is the toughest workout I have ever done in my life. I sweat so much, which mean Cal. are burning big time. I am sticking to a somewhat low carb diet as well, but I am introducing low carb wraps back in. One has like 5 net carbs and I eat one a day, so It is not that much. I hope to be ripped up by my Bday in Nov, and show that heartless whench what I turned myself into. I feel great and people can not believe how much I have lost. So to anyone struggling keep at it. It will pay off.

    Thanks for letting us know. that is wonderful progress. And only 10 to go.
    You should be very proud of the p90x - that is no joke exercise.

      Yeah this workout is intense. I hopped on the scale and have lost a few pounds already. As I said before, I am sticking to a somewhat low carb diet. I introduced some low carb tortillas into my diet, 5 net carbs, and I am eating more straberries and nuts, but this is what I should be doing, moving up the rungs. I also am taking whey protein powder. All these additives seem to not affecting my loss. I am only 8 pounds from my goal! I will probably go lower now, due to this program. I just want to tone up. I am already pretty muscular.
      I love getting compliments from people. They are amazed at how much I have dropped and it really makes me feel good. I have been struggling big time with depression this summer. I mean BIG TIME. Legal troubles and a girlfriend who broke my heart, put me in my biggest rut ever. I think I maybe comeing out of it though. Soo any king words and thoughts from people here and in real life, really help me. Dont give up if your struggling!!!

        You're doing great!! 8 pounds to go... you'll be there by October, no problem. You can dress up in your old clothes for halloween and add pillows to fill them out then take it off and surprise everyone!!! Keep it up I love hearing stories like this.
