  • Nearly at Goal Weight!

    Hi there all,

    I have not been here for a while but I really want to encourage everyone that Atkins truly provides a means of not jut losing weight, but for me regaining self esteem and also very importantly improved health indicators, my Diabetes specialist says I am very healthy now I have lost weight and also taken me off one of the medications.

    For me I have and still am following the Atkins eating plan, but sometimes alter what I add to my rungs and sometimes I add nothing. I run always and very hard and also do weightlifting and am also starting to surf again, I am always excersizing, I really think that is important whilst eating to the Atkins plan.

    Anyway if anyone can do it, you can. After 10 or more years of being very overweight and yo-yo dieting with serious health risks nearby, Atkins has
    helped me save myself.

    So please go for it!

            BMI now 26, it was 32
