  • 4 pound loss???

    Yesterday the scale said i was 217 now this morning it says 213 !! Im happy but at the same time i dont wanna really get excited cause i figure its just a water fluctuationor something??? oh well i;ll enjoy it wile it lasts ...

      I've found that the drops in weight are real, and the gains are water retention.
