So I just completed my 2nd week of the Induction phase - I have eaten correctly and the first week I lost about 4 lbs. and I was really happy!
Now this week I got on the scale and I lost NOTHING
I am 5'6" and 156.8 lbs and 28 years old. Last week I was roughly eating like 1,100 - 1,200 calories a day and 20 grams net carbs. You can look for my profile on thedailyplate.com and search for katytorres to see what I was eating last week. I just feel like I have been pretty strict with myself, and I work out 4-5 times a week and I am feeling like it's all for nothing!!!!
Can anyone give me any ideas on what could be wrong or what I should do?
Also someone told me I am not eating enough calories, but I feel like I CAN'T eat anymore! And I am not allowed to have the calorie dense foods yet such as nuts, etc. And what I read the Atkins diet doesn't say anything about controlling your calories. For instance, this morning I ate 2 medium eggs, colby cheese, and 3 strips of bacon and I feel so full and disgusted that I don't want anything else!
I know there are some pros on here and I am just a newbie so ANY help or advice would be great. Thank you!
