    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Hello & Happy Monday To all ~ my Mini Goal's for today are to Drink all of my 100oz of Water & again to STICK STRICKLY to my Eating Plan !!

    I have been doing very well Stinking to Plan the last few day's & have lost another pound of the 5 I gained back!!!

      Not eating the candy apples the kids are going to make when they get home from school. haha. They have been asking me for a week.I even planned it that I have to go right about the time they are done. I am sure there wont be any left whe i get home

        My mini-goal(s) would be to do 60 push ups, cook my breakfest for tomorrow, and walk 3 miles.
        Mini Goals:

        1: 270
        2: 260
        3: 250
        4: 240
        5: 230
        6: 220

          my mini goal will be to get my veggies ready for the week and pre-plan my meals...I'm good at the veggies, but not very good at the planning - so this is a good incentive.

            My mini-goals are to take my lunchtime walk, pick up ONLY the groceries I need, make my crustless quiche, and exercise when I get home.

              Two mini goals for me:

              -to prep food for tomorrow
              -to start easing back into daily sit ups (my back is a little funky and won't like it if i start w/ gusto)

              It's already nightime where we live so the situps are for tomorrow morning.
