    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Hey Everyone ~ My Mini Goal's for today are to again to drink all of my 100oz of Water & STICK STRICKLY to my Eating Plan !!!

    My GREAT News for today is that I just returned from Walmart with new Capri's for Fall with size 8's that I have not worn since High School in 1981 !!!

    Now How More Way Cool Can Ya Get Than That Even With My Recent Weight Gain!!!

      That is great news.
      Nothing feels better than a smaller size pants. I swear.

      Today I will not eat any peanut butter. That will be hard.

        My mini-goals are:

        Get up every, walk across the building to the ice maker/water machine and get a new glassful. This gets in a little extra exercise and makes sure I get my 8+ glasses a day. The water here in Colorado is soooo much better than it was in Florida.

          to do my squats and sit-ups - I normally do in the morning [and forgot].
