  • FitDay Question

    Hi, I signed up on FitDay yesterday. I want to add the percentages of fat, protein, and carbs under setting a nutritional goal. I know that it's no more than 20 grams for Carbs. How about the Fat and Protein? What should I add for that for the Induction Period? I've read I should get the following from calories: 65% from fat, 30% from protein and 5% from carbs. What are they in grams so I can set my nutritional goals properly? Thanks for the help in advance, I really appreciate it. Michelle

    Skip it.
    Set your carbs and stick with that.
    There is no absolute gram number for fat and protein. Follow the lead of your stomach. Eat only till you are satisfied. Eat when you are hungry. Eat the right stuff.
