Hi, I signed up on FitDay yesterday. I want to add the percentages of fat, protein, and carbs under setting a nutritional goal. I know that it's no more than 20 grams for Carbs. How about the Fat and Protein? What should I add for that for the Induction Period? I've read I should get the following from calories: 65% from fat, 30% from protein and 5% from carbs. What are they in grams so I can set my nutritional goals properly? Thanks for the help in advance, I really appreciate it. Michelle
