  • flax seed

    rolled some chicken in it, about 1 1/2 cups worth of flax seed and then baked it. It was pretty good but my stomach hurts!

    If you're on OWL Rung 9, why did you use flax seed? On Rung 9, you can use whole wheat flour, oat flour, cornmeal, rye flour, etc.

      I am totally joking! I would never consume that much flax seed. Can you imagine the consequences? I don't even want to think about it! lol

      Just thought it would bring a little humor to a boring tuesday.

      I do however enjoy eating a teaspoon of roasted and salted flax seed. I'm probably a weirdo, but I enjoy the way it tastes.
