Essential Oils Supplement

Hi all!
Well, I was going to be a good doobee and start taking the Essential Oil supplement but then I opened the jar and saw the size of the things. I have never been a good pill taking person and the thought of trying to swallow that thing makes me gag! :yikes
Soooooo.......

Make a slit in the gel capsule and squeeze the oil directly into your mouth or onto bit-sized piece of food (do not heat this food in anyway because that will ruin the medical properties of the essential oils). That way, you'll be taking your supplement, without wasting the money you spent on the bottle

Thanks for the advice but I'm really weird when it comes to stuff like that and slurping down the oil is as appealing as thinking about swallowing the pill! :nono

Mix it into your portion of salad dressing and eat it in your salad. For example, if you use 1 tablespoon of salad dressing, mix the essential oil into that 1 tablespoon. Since salad dressings are oil based, this tiny amount of oil won't change the flavor or texture.
