You may say you're not happy where you are, but something is obviously giving you the 'mental permission' to eat on/off plan.

That's simply not good for you. Going off plan wreaks havoc with your blood sugar levels, causes cravings and yo-yoing ...

Back to the book. Back to basics. Long-term success demands 100% commitment every single day.

Come on, YOU CAN DO IT!

You can and WILL do it. Look deep inside yourself and remember how you felt before when you weighed what you did what made you commit to this WOE then. You really have to look at that then write down how great you felt eating like this how wonderful it was to get down to where you are. Really look to yourself this is called self sabotash and I have done it as well, cause I wasn't ready to commit to the entire change, I wasn't ready. I am ready now and I have been cheat free 5 months. What made you fall off plan. Did you give in at a stressful moment was it a reward. It's just not worth giving into the crap stuff it makes you feel bad it makes you feel like a failure. You are not a failure and you need to do this for you. Now TAke a deep breath and get through today and then get through tomorrow 1 day at a time don't look so far into the future. For me it is a daily thing and you need to work at it every day. I know you have it in you to do it you have done it before. THROW out the crap and get ahold of yourself and your body.

YOU CAN DO THIS we are all here for you no matter what you have to take the first step and I know you will.

when you started your Atkins something was driving you to lose weight and get healthy.

Look back at your journal and your goals and reasons why you decided to do Atkins lists and see what it was.

Engineers when deciding whether to do a plan or not do something called the benefit cost ratio and you need to do that now. on a pice of paper write down all your reasons for want ing to do atkins to get smaler and healthier and give them a value form 0-100 and you can use a number more then once. then do the same thing with all the reasons you don't want to do atkins right now and rank them. Be brutely honest with yourself too. Nobody is going to see that list but you.

if the total on the do Atkins page is less then the total on the don't page you really don't at this time want to do it and will not do it as your motivation to do Atkins and succeed must come from with in you. If you don't at this time want to lose and get smaller you should just eat maintenance until you do. You can keep examining your reasons and the vaule they have and when they are in favore of doing the weight loss phase of Atkins again you will start and succeed.

        Happy low carbing.

Everyone has given you great advice. You would hate to look back at a re-gain wouldn't you??? That's what happens eventually. You can only mess around for so long! a pound here a pound there before you know it all of your success is washed away in a river of fat!

You can do it!! Reach deep inside yourself....get creative with food.....get back to the basics and keep it simple!
Make it a happy low carb life!
