Just finished day 10 of this program. This program is super tough and the beginning phase of the nutrition plan, is pretty much low carb. I have not decided if I am going to up more carb's when they say to. I may introduce some whole wheat bread or oatmeal, but as for pasta, I will leave that out I suppose. Anyone with experience in this program? I would greatly appreciate any info or support. I will try to post my original,30,60 and 90 day pics, to let everyone see how well or not well the program works.
From my experince so far, I can not see how this program will not tone me up. I sweat so much and my heartrate gets super high, so i have to be burning some serious calories.
