    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Hello To All, Happy Friday & Welcome to the Weekend !!!

    My Mini Goal's for Today are to again drink all of my 100oz of Water & to find something new & exciting to add to my Meal Plan. I tend to get into a comfortable rut & eat alot of the same foods all of the time !!!

      Off to the cottage and a motorcycle race - always fun. My mini goal will be to get packed and plan my meals for the weekend.

        Goal: enter everything I eat on fitday so I do not try to "trick" myself
        Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

        Squats: 650/1200
        Lunges: 500/1000
        Strength: 490/1200
        Running: 50/100 km

            My goal is to exercise.

            Cindi, I tend to eat the same food/meals over and over. It just seems easier somehow.

            Liv, I have been awful about using fitday. I vowed to start using it again and tried yesterday but it wouldn't work for me. I don't think it was fitday's fault, I think it is my browser. But I still got frustrated and gave up and haven't attempted it today. I do think I need to be better about tracking my carbs, especially as I go up the rungs.

              Hello everyone! My mini-goals for today are to keep my water intake up (100+ ounces), and to keep moving. Since I am not a member of a gym and have no equipment at home, I am stuck with walking for now (rather..pushing the toddler in the stroller). I took a brisk walk at work (half hour) today and plan to try to double that this evening. Since it is Friday, dinner is not on a big schedule.
