    CANOLA OIL

    WOULD CANOLA OIL BE O.K. TO DEEP FRY WINGS IN? ARE WE ALLOWED TO HAVE IT AND IS THAT THE BEST OIL TO USE FOR DEEP FRIED WINGS?

        Yeah I use Canola too. But it don't give it that same flavor as Shortening when you fry chicken. So, I found at the grocery store some shortening with no transfats called Smart Balance, it taste better than regular shortening.

          we use peanut oil in our deep fryer. its as close to perfect as we can get, its costly though. $7 a small bottle
