    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    My Mini Goal's for today are to drink all of my 100oz of Water & to find another Yummy New Recipe to add to my Eating Plan !!!

      Hi everyone, I have been away from the board for awhile and maintaining a 65 pounds weight loss
      there is more to lose, and yesterday was my birthday, today my mini goal is to stay on track regardless, My mind is pretty good today.
      I wanna drink lots of water today and for breakfast i had sausage eggs and cheese

          Good morning everyone! I am going to lunch with my hubby today (he has been working extremely long hours) at Chili's. I am thinking fajitas sans tortillas and light on the sour cream, or maybe a steak (leaning towards the steak).

          My goals for today are to get at least 100 ounces of water (harder for me on the weekends), exercise this evening, and be on-plan at lunch!

            Happy Birthday Tina!

            My goal (once again) is to exercise.

            Was running errands with my son this morning and suddenly started getting hungry (it was about 11:00). I was thinking..this is strange, why am I hungry already? Then realized I forgot to eat breakfast! I had eaten a little something...my plan was a small bite to eat, exercise, then have breakfast but got side tracked.

            Hope everyone has a GREAT weekend.

              Carrie, We are getting a Chili's here opening soon. I want to go. So you are telling me it would be easy to low carb in there. I hope so. Have a great meal.
              Jane, I did not know you were Jane. Hope you get the exercise done. I cannot say I forget to eat very often. I like food. I just did my 10K today. I am happy with that
