    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    My Mini Goal's for today are to again Drink all of my 100oz of Water & try another New Recipe to add to my Eating Plan !!!

      today I need to get drink my water, complete my challenges and I want to get my food ready for the week. I plan to meet my 230 mini goal this week!

        Me I need to step on the scale. I am a notorious scale avoider. It is not a good thing. I put on tons of pounds because I stuck my head in the sand some years ago and I cannot let that happen again. So first thing tomorrow morning I am jumping (well stepping carefully) on that scale.
        Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

        May Challenges 2010
        Push-ups: 450/800
        Abs: 850/1900
        Squats: 650/1200
        Lunges: 500/1000
        Strength: 490/1200
        Running: 50/100 km

            Mini goals for today are to try one of Linda Low Carb's stuffed pepper recipes and find a good low-carb chili recipe. Making both today so I have prepared foods ready for tomorrow and Wednesday (I'm going to be busy with pre-OP appointments). I need to caulk the garage windows too but I don't think that's in DANDR.

              My mini goal is to try a new recipe today as well. I think I'll try the broccoli salad. I'm also going to watch my salt intake and hope for better luck on the scale in the morning.

              BTW, my family LOVES Linda's stuffed peppers! I was going to add some rice or other filler for everyone else last time I made them and my son begged me to not make any changes!

                my mini goal is to drink all of my water and get out for a walk today.

                You must want to fly so much that you're willing to give up being a caterpillar.

                    Good morning everyone! It is a lovely day here in Colorado (ha kidding - cause it is in the 40's and raining...yuck!).

                    My goals for today are to keep my water intake up (100-150 ounces has been agreeing with me), eat on plan, and exercise. With the rain I will probably be walking around the building where I work (they are pretty big).

                      Liv ~ I just posted a Recipe for "Savoy Cabbage Cole Slaw " in the Side Dish section & "Revolution Pumpkin Spice Muffins" in the Desert section a few min's ago !!!

                      Oh there is a "Homemade Chunky Veggie Marinara Sauce & Chili" I posted on Main Dishes last week also !!!

                        it is raining here too... looks like I will be doing a little yoga indoors instead. I have my water drank though for the day. well alright I can use another 24 oz or so...but that shouldn't be a problem with exercise.
