  • Grrr................!

    Its been an aweful day and its only noon. I had a big Anatomy and Physiology test today and i'm worried about the results of that test. I'm sure I'll pass but I'd rather do well than just pass. I must admit that Anatomy class is fascinating in respect to this way of eating, you learn exactly how this way of eating relates to your body from a cellular level up.

    So here is my problem.... I'm Pre Menstral, having a bad day and want something to eat that is not on my diet. I can muscle through but it makes for a cranky, stressed out Shari who is not to pleasant to be around.... thus the Grrr.

    I checked out the equipment at the gym and feel as if our university got some 80's cast offs that look like implements of torture. I'll give it a go soon.

        It will get better.

        I'm sure you did just fine on your exam. Fortunately my first exams aren't for a few weeks, but I do have a ton of homework right now.
