Well I've been traveling a lot. I have moved to Australia ( bit over 2 weeks ago ) and spent the last month in the US traveling to visit friends and family.
I didn't follow the diet to say the least while I was traveling, and gained 15 lbs while on the road (or more I didn't weigh but I could feel the difference)
I got back on track about 3 days after I got here and have settled back in to doing my diet and subsituting at about rung 1 as that seems to be what works best for me to lose weight.
I've already lost most of the weight I gained in my travels, so I'm feeling much better and happily moving back along.
Glad to be back on the board!!
