    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Hello to all & Happy Wednesday almost half way thru another GREAT ANA Week !!!

    My Mini Goal's for today are again to drink all of my 100oz of Water & to Stay on my Eating Plan as Yesterday I messed~up!!!

    I had a very busy day & ate the toppings off a Slice of Full~House Pizza my BF brought home & didn't eat....I also had a small bowl of Homemade Chili w/beans for Dinner but Thankfully NO Homemade Corn or Garlic Bread along with it !!!

    I was just soooooo tired & after I had everone else sat down & served I said out loud ~ OH "D" I never made myself any Dinner.... Being it was Family Night & my Son was here he replied Oh Mom what the "H" sit down & eat a Bowl of the AWESOME Chili you spent all day making & that's what I did !!!

    It was full of Fresh Veggies, Ground Beef 85/15 & only bad part was the beans, the Pizza was my REAL down~fall for the day !!!

    PS: I have added a 2nd afternoon with my Grandgirl so I will be picking her up on Wednesday's each week as well after Pre~K !!! YEA & Whoo Hoo

      Chili sounds good. I plan on cooking up a pot when it gets a little bit cooler outside.

      Today - peanut butter. I NEED to NOT eat IT. Period.

        Good morning all!

        Yesterday was yucky weather here so I wasn't able to get in my 2 mile hike. Instead I did laps in the building and up and down the stairs. Other than that I was great with my water and my food!

        My goal for today is to do the laps in the building and go up and down the stairs plus my 2 mile walk...I hope the weather clears up!

          weight was up a bit today, not sure why, but made me cranky - so today I will start journaling again! Also, to complete all my challenges.

            My goal will be to eat on plan. Yesterday I did ok but was sporadic about my eating and did have a diet soda (not the worse thing that could happen I know).

            It helps that I have dinner in the oven already and have things on hand for lunch.

            Chili does sound good! Can't say I blame you for having that.

              It is about time to retire for the night and I have NOT eaten any pb today. Thanks Cindi for the thread. I know I needed to pledge of a goal to help me be strong.
