Mother Nature called and now I'm stalled...

Mother Nature came to visit on the 3rd of this month and hasn't left yet.
I have maintained the same exact weight since she showed up (which is amazing to me) but I'm wondering if the reason for the stall is actually something else... Anyone else had this issue?
