  • OWL is GREAT!

    My second week of induction, i didnt lose any weight at all then the day after induction i started OWL rung 1 and since ive started OWL ive lost 2 more pounds!!!!!!!! I think my body really needed those few extra carbs since i work out and lift weights a lot. Im super excited, im getting closer and closer to my goal!!

    What??? You mean, eating more vegetables didn't instantly stop your weight loss or even make you gain 5 lbs overnight?!

    Congrats for those 2 lbs. I really like OWL too. Eating only 3 cups of veggies is torture, imo, especially if you cook them.

      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

          Wow... I love posts like this! It's so true... OWL is terrific. You get to lose weight still and have all sorts of extra food choices too.

          So many of us lose even faster in OWL, there's absolutely no need to be wary of it.

              Thanks everyone! I really appreciate this board and i hope my post will help people not be afraid to move on to OWL because it is very beneficial
